Terms and conditions

These terms apply to anyone who registers as a player or member of Afuro Knights Esports (AKE), the competitive gaming branch of Afurotaku. By submitting a registration form, you agree to the terms below. Where a registrant is under 18, a parent or guardian must also provide consent before the registration is reviewed.

Membership carries an annual fee of BWP 100.00, due within two months of joining. This applies to both player and member registrations. Fee terms may change between seasons; the figure that applies to you is the one shown on the registration form at the time you register.

Submitting a form is a request to join, not automatic membership. Club administrators review each registration and may accept, reject, or follow up for more information before confirming your place on the roster.

Players agree to compete fairly, to attend scheduled practice and fixtures, and to abide by the club’s code of conduct. Members agree to abide by the same code of conduct. Repeated failure to meet these commitments may result in a review of your standing with the club.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, including contact and emergency contact details. Let us know if any of it changes, particularly an emergency contact or guardian detail, so our records stay current.

You may resign your membership at any time by contacting us. The club may end a membership for serious or repeated breaches of the code of conduct, or where a player is no longer active. Fees already paid are not refunded except at the club’s discretion.

Registering means you also agree to how we handle the personal data collected on the form, set out in full in our privacy policy.

We may update these terms as the club grows. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued membership after a change means you accept the updated terms.
